The Lady of Lake Ossahatchee

Shelia Conyers rented a beautiful cottage on Lake Ossahatchee for the summer after her husband, Bill, broke his leg. She felt like the quaint little town of Ossahatchee, Georgia and the lake would be the perfect place for her husband to recover from his injuries. The residents of Ossahatchee begin to act strangely towards the Conyer's after they realize that their teenage son, Ryan, will be joining them at the lake. During the annual Summer Festival held at the lake, a local citizen warned Shelia of the female spirit who has roamed the shores of the lake since 1925. What will happen to the Conyers family when they go head-to-head with the cursed lady of Lake Ossahatchee?

Heidi graduated from Columbus State University in 1995 with an MBA. Heidi has always had a passion for literature, and is now working on sharing her creative passions with the rest of the world. When Heidi was ten years old, she was enrolled in dance classes. One of her recitals took place at the Springer Opera House in Columbus, Georgia, which is well known to locals for its rich history and mysterious, spiritual encounters. At her recital, she had an unexplained experience that played a major role in shaping her outlook on life and the afterlife-which has, in no doubt served as a creative platform. Heidi's talent for writing has served her through life as an outlet for dealing with the losses of loved ones, and also for celebrating fond memories of her close friends and family. So, please, sit back and enjoy the future works of Heidi Wildes Mitchell as she takes you through journeys of mystery, love, tragedy, triumph, justice and the blissful peace of a quiet, moonlit southern evening.
