In Between Dreams

Toby was 12 when his dad was murdered, they were walking home from getting ice-cream. There was a loud noise of shattering glass behind the buildings, Toby's father went to check it out. He never came back, he was laying dead on the ground behind the buildings with his throat slashed. Growing up he continuously had nightmares of people being murdered . Toby dreams he's always the one standing over dead bodies, either chopping up the victims or murdering them. Now, he's starting to become more aware of his dreams, but has never been able change them no matter how hard he's tried. After a friend comes up dead he starts to believe these nightmare's are more real than he thought. Toby's having a hard time understanding what is really going on, and who is playing these sick and twisted games on him; furthermore, for what reason.
