About the Author

I am an American born author with my debut novel, 'A Nickel's Worth of Road Measles' out as of April 1, 2020. I have several works slated to be released over the next couple of years. You can read more about them at stephaniefunk.com.My writing credentials include stints as a journalist and a magazine writer. My work has been published both locally and nationally.My education includes a degree in Creative and Journalistic Writing from UMASS. I am also a member of Mystery Writers of America and Sisters in Crime.On a personal level, I am a long time automobile road racer, competing with the Sports Car Club of America at venues all across the United States. I compete in H Production in a Honda CRX, a car we built ourselves.I am also a neophyte motorcycle racer with the United States Classic Racing Association. I am racing a 1971 Honda cb 350 in Formula cb 350 and Lightweight Supervintage. I also plan on racing a Honda ns 50 in the 50cc race class.
