Another Radiant Soul

A spiral of events that begins with a daylight stalker leaves David Hayes struggling to find answers to his elapsing life. He discovers these answers within a portal to an alternate reality where he faces temptation to seemingly no end. What is at first a brief thrill of excitement and instant gratification quickly becomes a beacon of hope once he learns a shocking secret about Marcy Wright, the woman he loves. It doesn’t help that Harvey, his tour guide of this newly discovered reality, has the knack for plucking the supposed truth from Dave’s mind with his soft croon. He offers a fresh, superior life that can be fully realized if Dave is willing to commit himself.Long-dead parents are alive and well in this other world, and this new version of Marcy is one completely devoted to him—and their perfect child. Struggling to balance both lives takes its toll on him, as well as his real-life relationship. He understands his loved ones aren’t the same people he has grieved over and yearned for, to which they respond, “Does it matter?”
