Some of these pieces appeared in the Rainfall chapbook Death Songs of Carcosa, now long out of print. Some of the song lyrics originally appeared on the CD album The King in yellow by Society of the Yellow Sign. Here all the KIY related material by Lines & Ford is collected together for the first time.
