A wealthy herpetologist, living with his wife in a large stone mansion, finds himself victim to the world's deadliest snake bite, the venomous bite of the African boomslang! The deadly bite poisons his brain, slowly driving him mad. Meanwhile, unknowing of her husband's condition, his wife invites coworkers, friends, and family to a dinner party. Horror turns to reality when the deadly boomslang falls victim to a series of accidents and is changed forever! The stone mansion has had an advanced security system installed earlier that same day, with unbreakable windows and doors to make the mansion impenetrable and, consequently, inescapable. Now a madman traps his unsuspecting houseguests inside the mansion. The wife and friends are unaware of the deadly snake, which is now much more aggressive than in nature, grown to ungodly proportions, and stalking them in their prison of stone.... Who will survive the deadly bite of the boomslang?
