The Weeping Ghost was inspired by the true story of 'The Crying Boy' paintings back in the 1980's when people believed the pictures caused house fires and the only thing that ever survived was the portrait of the orphan boy. The tale is a work of fiction and is based on a young boy who goes missing and strange and supernatural deaths begin to mount up as an evil spirit waits to be reborn into our world to reek chaos and mayhem on mankind.
