Celina, a young woman who is newly engaged to her beloved fiancé, Seth, has been dragged off by a group of strange individuals into a hellish house of torture. She finds herself face-to-face with several doctors who have some rather interesting and unorthodox takes on curing their patients. She searches high and low in Rosegate Asylum for Seth, heartbroken and fear-stricken by the sights she sees along the way, but seems to be thwarted at every turn by some new nightmare constructed by the staff of the asylum. How will she escape this slaughter house and where is Seth? The only way for her to know is to dive forward into her greatest fears, confronting the doctors along the way.
