Draego Village a simple place in the kingdom of Somerland where the orphan boy Renner calls home. He lives in a world where everyone is born with the gift of magic, but only a handful are lucky enough to be born with the raw power needed to be a mage. He dreams of a future as a great mage alongside his friend, but fate has a different plan in store for him. A plan that will make him the pariah of the village and so desperate he may turn to a local fairy tale to acquire what he's been denied. Inspired by works like Sanrio's 'Ringing Bell' & Yuki Tabata's 'Black Clover', The Boy Without Magic is an all ages dark fantasy that explores how a more grounded world where everyone has magic would react to someone who, for whatever reason, is born without it.
