An Urban Paranormal Short It's summer, its hot, and its almost impossible to sleep. Maybe that’s why somebody – or something - is hunting the streets, tearing men to pieces. Not every night, just some. Especially when the moon is full. The victims are thugs and petty criminals. The public read about the Vigilante Killer and shrug - as the post that goes viral says, “And nothing of value was lost”. Until the latest victim. A well-known and highly-respected businessman, a husband and a father. Now people care. More importantly, people are frightened. To humans it is obvious that the murderer is a werewolf, and the police are flooded with reports of law-abiding werewolves - and human men with beards - being harassed and attacked. When a young werewolf, full-time medical student and part-time pizza deliveryman, is dragged out of his car and beaten by an angry mob, the police know they have to do something. And do it soon. It's not long before the next full moon. So they call in an expert, a werewolf private investigator. She’s got three days and two nights to find out who’s really killing people, or this city’s going to explode. But there's something a lot more dangerous than a werewolf prowling the streets, and she’s about to meet it. WARNING: Contains murder, some gore
