The Hunger

Daniel Graham was part of a catastrophic transformation in life for himself as well as others around him. He is a zombie. The demons that he battles are the facts that he must try and hold on with frantic strength to overcome the innate desire to feed, as well as his craving to find an explanation. Filled with instinctual undead rage, his need for answers consumes him, to come to the truth of his very own cursed existence. But time is running out, and the lingering human part of Daniel is quickly vanishing. The forlorn, living zombie will try to use his draining intelligence to find his motive and use everything that still survives in his decomposing mind to attempt to bring an end to the darkness he has been fighting. Struggling to escape falling into the unexplained, he must survive in a place that is no longer what it was. Several survivors, who are adapting to go on by any means, come together as a unit to uncover the enigma behind it all, haunted by their own histories, they have an agenda beyond just survival, and Daniel is included.
