Black Hearts and Silhouettes- Book 1: The Storm

In AD 43 an era of suffering drew to a close after the only remains of a dark and powerful force were laid to rest. Centuries have passed since anyone has even thought of these events, which the passage of years has consigned to ancient folklore. But there's something ominous in the air and David and Bethan have taken notice. In an age of political unrest, when the United Kingdom is divided between the capitalists and the activists, revolution seems to crouch behind every corner. And when David's nightmares give way to a series of real-life mysterious events, the couple soon realize that a much darker threat abounds - resurfacing in the form of an ancient artefact. Combining old-world prose with a compelling setting, the first of three books provides a chilling portrayal of anxiety and greed.
