Lie With The Wolves

Brother and sister Michael and Olivia Brooke haven't lived in their new house long before strange things start happening. First an amber-eyed wolf attacks Michael in the woods behind the house. Then the children's mother vanishes, the only clue an ominous message left drying on a wall.Michael and Olivia soon discover that the new house also comes with a previous occupant—the ghost of a young girl named Suzy Walters.Suzy leads the two children to the In-Between, a dimension that lies between the living earth and the underworld. Signs suggest their mother’s abductor took her there. But the In-Between is dying and the Brooke family is somehow connected; to unravel the mystery and save their mother, the children must first aid the denizens of the realm.A mixture of fantasy and horror similar in tone to Stephen King’s Dark Tower series, Lie with the Wolves introduces readers to a world that’s only a hairsbreadth away from our own.
