Ripples: Spirits of the Belleview Biltmore

Lilyanna Thorne still suffers from serious injuries she received in the car accident that took the life of her son three years ago, but when she learns her grandmother has only a few days to live, she grabs the first flight to Florida and checks into the Belleview Biltmore Hotel, near Morton Plant Hospital. About the Author

BonSue Brandvik lives with her loving husband in Belleair, FL, near the site of the Belleview Biltmore Resort - the inspiration and setting for the Spirits of the Belleview Biltmore novel series. She believes historic buildings embody irreplaceable echoes of the past and regrets future generations won't be able to experience this magnificent structure for themselves, as 95% of the hotel will be demolished in 2015. BonSue believes her role in the hotel's preservation is to record its history in her books & maintain a collection of photographs on her website. By capturing and preserving the essence of historic Belleview Biltmore Resort, she hopes memories of the grand hotel, nicknamed the "White Queen of the Gulf," will live on for many generations to come.
