It was supposed to be only a book, born out of a crazed and desperate mind. Just another sensationalized story. Tuesday convinced herself that the Rook was a product of her guilty conscience. The monsters weren't real. Until another found her. Tuesday must come to terms with the fact that her nightmares are not only real, but are seeking her out, hungry for revenge and blood. Her only chance is to pick the least horrible one and hope for the best—even if it means she may become the next item on the menu. Even if it means she will be drawn further and further into these monstrous plans.
