A group of archaeologists were digging in Catacombs of Milos and they discover a chest with strange runes being looked after by five knights. They take it back to their research lab in Athens to examine better. It contains rare blood of a vrykolakas, an ancient undead creature. These days, they call them vampires. When the word gets out, the CIA and others want it. A German corporation called Meinrad Corp desires it to make the first vaccine to cure anything. But experimentation goes extremely wrong.
