Mary Smit and her family move to a remote coastal community where they plan to start a new life, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Despite some odd occurrences on the first day and the appearance of an unwelcome neighbor, Mary finds herself becoming quite contented in their new home. Until her sleep paralysis comes back. Mary has struggled with recurring bouts of anxiety and sleep paralysis most of her adult life, but this time it’s different. There’s something not right about the dreams. Then strange, frightening things begin to happen around the house. Mary begins to believe that they might not be alone in their new home. As the frequency and intensity of the unnatural events escalates, Mary discovers the terrifying truth about their lovely new house, and she must face a reality that threatens, not only her sanity, but her very life, and the lives of those she loves…
