House of Shadows (Paranormal Research Group)

House of Shadows continues the experiences of the Paranormal Research Group, (PRG) involving Susan Pryce, Dr. Edward Ryan and Jamie Sutherlin, with assistance from The Genius, and occasionally Jamie’s nephew Drew. While Susan is in New York promoting her latest book on the group’s recent investigations, Jamie, the mayor of Port Elliott, is asked for assistance by the police chief of a neighboring town for help dealing with a horrific murder. When he and two officers arrive, it becomes obvious to Jamie that Edward will be needed, and arranges for him to fly in from San Francisco. Susan returns to Port Elliott to sign her new book at the local bookstore, and is asked by a woman for help with a ghost child, who may be a danger to her daughter. Meanwhile in San Francisco, Edward is asked for help by a distraught woman whose child is being endangered by the spirit of a deceased cousin, and asks Susan and Jamie to join him. While in San Francisco, Susan discovers she doesn’t know Jamie as well as she thought, and PRG is asked for help regarding a house with a history.The group agrees to help the distraught woman experiencing problems in her dream home and learns that there are more than ghosts threatening her.
