Floyd Welker's business is death. He runs a suburban cemetery. One expects Floyd to appear kind to clientele, and have great tolerance for slow, muted organ music. But Floyd never expected to see his world transition from mundane reality to one with ethereal creatures walking cul-de-sacs. Nor did he expect fiends to eat away his business with large, awful teeth. Floyd rejects his cemetery becoming a necrophilic buffet. His fellow mortals are sympathetic, but changing laws mean Floyd needs help beyond the sheriff and lawyers--lawyers not representing the ghouls. He may find an unexpected ally. One from dark lairs deeper than six feet under. There are strange vibrations through more than the ether. Time grows short for the dearly departed in the freezers, and the living. Hunger for flesh grows strong.
