(un)Reality

It's November 2020, and Pleasant Grove High School has shut down because of a COVID outbreak and switched to virtual learning. Jim Andrews is one of the few educators still coming in to teach from his classroom, and while the virus spreads more each day and people fight each other over a highly-contested election, Jim tries to provide his students a safe place, even if it's just online. However, that is becoming increasingly difficult as his anxieties over infection, violence, and his family's safety grow worse--and now there's a strange man standing outside his window, who seems to know his every fear and who is all too happy to bring those fears to life inside this empty school.(un)Reality is the story of a haunted space--whether that space is the school or his mind, Jim isn't sure, but what preys upon him in those dark hallways seems as real as anything he's ever experienced, and when he hears a beast roar from somewhere in the dark or children screaming as a lunatic chases them through the labyrinth of halls, Jim fights to find a way out of this nightmare, a way back to safety, a way back to sanity, a way back to reality.
