The Sleeping City

The Sleeping City

THE SLEEPING CITY is a weekly newspaper column where Zakk offers his unique perspective on living the Melbourne experience. Zakk’s Melbourne is a world of late night tram rides, sleazy nightlife, brothels, street hookers, and the strange assortment of characters that inhabit this noir landscape. Why are frozen dog’s heads being mysteriously dumped in suburban trashcans? Why are government agents turning up in the middle of the night and removing them? What is going on at the mysterious eighth floor at Melbourne’s largest hospital?
