Charles Montgomery Skinner (1852-1907) was an American writer who published myths and legends collection books. His dream was to make American folklore heritage more glorious. Skinner worked in a wide range of genres, he worked as a journalist and a playwright.This story was about ghosts. It happened about fifty years ago. Henry Clymer went from Brooklyn to Little Black Creek to try him at farm business. He soon gave up and put up the place near Northwood, that is locally referred to as the haunted mill.
