In this sequel, Dr. Dream Weaver provides services at a village in the Congo, where he teaches and helps evolve a school of indigo children. Through lucid dreaming, Dream discovers that he himself is evolving as an Indigo. Dream is prompted by his mother Geneva to visit a local Shaman to learn more about his evolution. While in the process of learning his new identity, an old friend from Dream's past visits him at the village. The friend presents Dream with a proposal to return home to Chicago and assist with developing a cutting edge dream project, that would redefine humanity. Dream is faced with the decision of leaving his family and the school behind, or returning to American soil to be part of a historical changing event.
