You may believe, but do you really really believe? An evil girl conjures up a demon and tests the faith of Christians, with deadly consequences. Robert Black's occult novella. Not for the faint of heart.

About the Author

I was born in England and grew up in Hampshire, the youngest child in a large family. My father was a pilot, flying Lancaster Bombers in World War Two, then VC10s for BOAC. When he retired we moved to New Zealand and settled on a small farm in Northland. I was eight years old at that time. It was a very beautiful place, close to the ocean and next to a tidal estuary. I spent many days swimming, surfing, fishing and horse riding with my siblings. I had a love for writing and began writing short stories when I was twelve. English was always my favourite subject. When I finished high school, I studied law at Otago University. After I graduated, I spent almost ten years as a barrister, or court lawyer, practicing in the areas of criminal defence, family and employment law. During that time I continued to write and sold some short stories and started my first novella, The Control Sickness. In 1998, I left New Zealand and travelled. I spent about nine years in China and wrote, The Fake Celebrity in China and also Bali Fungus. I am currently working on a number of writing projects including a sequel to The Fake Celebrity in China. My interests and hobbies include writing, surfing, blackjack gambling, chess, movies, running and I also like watching sports on TV, especially rugby, UFC, boxing, tennis and cricket. goodreads.com/author/show/7214775.Robert_Black
