He's going to fix her with plastic surgery skills remembered from previous lifetimes. He never put those remembered plastic surgery skills to good use and he is unemployed. He spends his days hunting ugly women. When one girlfriend leaves for another man after her he has "fixed" her but isn't done yet, he likes to have another within a few days. If his new girlfriend can make his mother vomit, he loves her even more.
