Detective David Bailey discovered to his horror that his snitch had information about an assassination, but before he could get this information the snitch was killed, but not before he had given up his name and now a contract killer was after him. He runs away to Virginia City, Nevada and accepts the position of Chief of Police. Unknown to Bailey a zombie like pathogen transforms a wild mountain lion into a man eating killer.The mountain lion is hiding in the tunnels under Virginia City and comes out at night to stalk its victims. Bailey has to dodge the contract killer who arrives in Virginia City to kill him and Officer Rachel Henderson of the Fish and Games is after the rogue mountain lion, together they attempt to track and kill the mountain lionSoon the assassin arrives to kill the First Lady who came to dedicate the remodeled Fourth Ward building. Bailey has to kill the mountain lion, stop the contract killer, and save the First Lady by killing the assassin.
