Soon after the grand opening of the Evergreen Bed & Breakfast, a guest believes that she has seen a ghost in the honeymoon suite. She contacts paranormal researcher, Justin Marino and reality T.V. star, Lisa Ryan. Lisa knows that Justin has very little respect for T.V. ghost hunters but that doesn't stop her from involving him in a scheme to gain entrance to Evergreen. He reluctantly joins her for a night in the honeymoon suite and what they find takes them both by surprise.
