The Second Age of Fog has begun and with it, the beginning of the end. The world will begin to crumble and die if the Harmony of the Apostles is not gathered. Six months after the events which brought about the Second Age of Fog, Elymiah is left destitute. Everything she had was taken away: her home, her title, and the only man she ever loved. All Elymiah desires now is to be left alone to die. This, however, is not her fate, and when she learns her adoptive father has been lost in a hunt to kill a cyclops, Elymiah finds herself in a journey to rescue him. To the far reaches of the north, beyond the Whitecrown Mountains lies the land of the elfen. In the olden city of the Twin Princes, Rickert has begun to grow into the king he desires to be for his people, but the high primarch Morrenwylf has other plans to steal power away from the young Twin Princes. All lives, though on vastly different paths, are strangely intertwined through the Harmony of the Apostles—a legend yet to come true that will end the Second Age of Fog and bend boundless power to the will of the Twin Princes. That is, if they can manage to reclaim their birthright and bring elfenkind back to its former glory.
