Mahou Shoujo Supa Kawaii Hogosha! is a parody of shoujo anime and the magical girl archetype. This is the story of a young heroine named Anna Watanabe who has moved to Japan for her last year of high school after her mother dies in the United States, leaving her with her Japanese father. There she meets a magical talking cat who endows her with magic powers and sets out on an adventure with 4 other magical girls to protect Japan and the world from otherworldly monsters and sinister demons. Along her trialing journey she will face her innermost nightmares and come to know the true price of her magic powers.
