Dewey and his somewhat dysfunctional family live off the grid in the south Florida Everglades and strange things are happening. Set in the deep swamps near Flamingo an old Swamp Witch known as The Magi tries to live peacefully with her friends the Foragers. The Magi who lives in solitude in her camp in the Everglades, upon meeting Danielle, senses a life threatening sickness in the young hippy woman and vows to help cure her sickness all as a serial rapist has Florida in a grip of fear. With her huge Bogdog Guardian, and a beast known as a Wyndigo they sense the evil lurking in Flamingo. The Magi then turns revenge into a hurricane of horror as the Foragers fight for their life, gaining speed like a freight train as death bears down on them all.
