The Tubac Golf Resort & Spa in southern Arizona holds a secret. At and near the historical Hacienda de Otero, affectionately known to the locals as "The Otero" staff and visitors from around the world have experienced paranormal activity. Ghostly figures, disembodied voices, and other strange phenomena have been reported. Events reported are based on audio, video and personal interviews. The Tubac Golf Resort & Spa is situated on the site of the 1789 Otero Land Grant, the location of Arizona's first recorded title to land. The book contains more than 30 photographs. Photos were taken by the author. A brief history of the Otero Land Grant property is included. The second edition includes many new photographs and an Epilogue that details more events reported after the first edition of the book was published in October 2014.
