About the Author

Luke Courtney grew up surrounded by stories and tales about heroes, monsters and adventures from around the world, so it was probably no surprise that he was drawn to create some of his own. He has been writing stories, with varying success, since his school days, trying to inspire in other readers the same passion and captivation his favourite writers did for him as a boy. He currently divides his time between working in London (whose vivid locations and history were a key inspiration for the Argent Blade) surrounded by military history and trying to inspire others, and working on future instalments of his stories.
