The Soldiers of the Cyto Field

Hazer Wes lives in a world where, every year, there’s a chance his territory will be at war with another territory—for dominance, for resources, and for survival. Teens can be selected for an injection that will give them superhuman abilities and make them fighting machines. Since his brother was taken instead of him seven years ago, Hazer and his mother have found a balance despite their guilt. But now they are about to be at war again…and Hazer is just the right age to fight. When the gates open, Hazer and his friends knows that the military will start collecting young kids and teens like they did seven years ago. They were sent away to be injected in order to become a Redeemed. This process is always look down upon because the subjects have to face a 97% chance of death. To avoid this gruesome fate, Hazer and his friends join the military instead, a no good scum Hazer feared all his life Soldiers of the Cyto Field tells a story of sacrifice and courage, love for family warring with duty to country, and the choices we must make when we are pushed to the brink.
