Lucy was ecstatic. The council was offloading derelict houses for just one pound and a low cost loan. All she had to do was stay there five years and then she could capitalise. But, renovations didn't go well… Notes disappeared, the house locked her out, and tradesmen kept getting injured. Her psychic friend Mia, wasn't getting good vibes. Lucy might have put it down to bad luck and superstition until she found the books and something grabbed her by the throat. Was there really an entity in the house? Why were the books so important? She can’t swap houses. The council don’t believe in ghosts. Lucy is worried she’ll wind up dead Can she figure out what this entity wants? Or will Mia’s worst fears come true?
