Enter, if you dare, into the strange world where crows are not of this world, wars are fought in the back yard, angels are concerned with fashion statements and the person riding next to you on your morning commute may be a murderer. The stories are fantastic, horror(ible), cute, funny, provocative and, hopefully, entertaining. The eleven stories will bring you into the zone of the fantastic, where the characters do not follow the rules which normally guide our behaviors. Light-hearted short stories sometimes take a rather dark turn, (e.g., Ron for Hire; The Sensitive Man; Safari; The Crow; Menehune; The Dictator). Other stories are humorous or ironic (e.g., Ryan’s War; Dracula’s Lament). Whatever your preference, chances are you will leave the comfort of your world, and enter into a world which is entertaining, but strange.
