We first met Ayanna, in My Magical Awakening: A Journey in Real Black Girl Magic where she experienced a spiritual awakening. With each of their abilities the three witches can overcome any obstacle by casting potent and powerful spells. However, Ayanna learns many lessons throughout her journey and realizes that being a Kitchen Witch is hard work, but she is determined to walk the path that was meant for her. This book also has a bonus chapter which includes poetry from the mind of a Kitchen Witch.
