BEN COLEMAN becomes a successful novelist after years of rejection, but not before his wife, CLAUDIA, leaves him. He buys a Victorian farmhouse in California’s Sierras which they once dreamt of refurbishing. His ambition is to renovate the farmhouse so perhaps the marriage might also be rebuilt. Ben still loves Claudia, although years have passed since the divorce and he has no idea where she lives, or if she woud be interested in seeing him again. His heart tells him all his dreams will come true if only she can be found. Ben will come to learn some dreams are best leaft alone.
