An old sawmill, one tragic death, and an upset woman. A rookie officer fails his mission and is berated by his Captain, being relieved of his duties. This officer takes matters in his own hands and returns to the sawmill, the place where he failed to obtain the information on the missing persons from. He befriends a female companion and she joins him in his quest to uncover the truth, regarding what really happened all those years ago. It's going to be a tough task, considering one of the suspects is a family member...

About the Author

Jason is an aspiring author, known for writing horror stories, such as "Infection", "The Deserted Road: The Wandering Eyes" and "The Lonely Kid's Victims". He's been writing since he was three years old, but his ideas didn't come into full effect until his teen years. Jason also takes an interest in poetry whenever he's not working on any stories. He's also an avid reader and he loves learning to gain more knowledge.
