Shadow Movers

In real life, we all have shadows attached to our human forms. In this compelling story, two unrelated children come to realize that their shadows have the ability to break the connective line that binds them together. Rising up, these shadows interact with their human counterparts on a surprisingly personal level, both protectively and humorously. Why and how this phenomenon has occurred then unfolds for the reader when a mysterious and unfamiliar "dark shadow" arrives on the scene with sinister intentions and a determination to finally . walk alone in a sunlit world. About the Author: After graduating from high school, Connie Brumer worked as a personal secretary in a large corporation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Following her marriage, she and her husband lived in a variety of towns in Wisconsin until they purchased a retail grocery business in the southern part of the state. They settled there, raised their children and operated their business for 18 years. She and her husband are now semi-retired. Ms. Brumer is now working on a second novel which she hopes to complete shortly.
