Death and Other Calamities: The Real-Death Adventures of Lorel...

Sometimes life goes like this: you're thirty, celebrating your wedding anniversary, and everything is going pretty much the way you've planned. But then, sometimes it goes like this: your marriage falls apart, you get run over, and you die. Lorelai Byrne didn't know it was a possibility that she'd be reborn as a banshee upon her mortal death. So when she wakes up, very much not dead, and suddenly a supernatural being, well, things get complicated. Add in a gargoyle, nephilim, and daemon twins, as well as crazy murders she often ends up heralding in her underwear, and you've got a recipe for day drinking. Not that Lorelai day drinks. Most of the time. Death and Other Calamities is a reverse harem romance for ages 18 and up. There are a few fairly graphic depictions of violence, and Lorelai's got a potty mouth for the ages. This is the first book in a three-book series, so it does end on a cliff-hanger.
