It is the fall semester of 1998 and Michigan State University finds itself under siege as a killer stalks the women of the MSU Campus. Unfortunately, Detective Steve Mulheisen's efforts to find this killer are hampered by the fact that he doesn't realize yet that the serial killer he is tracking is actually a vampire. Will Mulheisen be able to stop this murderer before his little sister, who is also a freshman at MSU, becomes one of the victims? Jeffrey Dean Palmatier hails from mid-Michigan and has degrees in British and German literature, as well as modern European history. He has written in the genres of horror, humor/satire, and a wacky combination of both. His short stories and articles have appeared in magazines such as Happy, The Nocturnal Lyric, The Pipe Smoker's Ephemeris, and Writing Basics, a special issue of Writer's Digest Magazine.
