Upstate New York, Fall of 1985. Detective Kevin Nielsen has been handed a case that is near and dear to the people of his precinct including the Captain. If he cannot solve the case and bring home the missing girl, the cost could be higher than he could have imagined. As he and his partner delve into the investigation, it quickly becomes clear to Kevin that there is more to this case than meets the eye.Details of the case get stranger as a body is found that has an odd connection to Kevin’s first case as a detective. The only real evidence gathered from the scene is an antique sword that Kevin finds himself drawn to. The eerie similarities and the strange evidence begin to take a toll on Kevin and he begins to have nightmares that leave him on edge. After a vision helps him connect the past to the present, Kevin realizes that he has a choice to make. He can face the evil that he first encountered years before or allow the case to grow cold and a monster to remain free.
