With barely a moment to rest after wrapping up his last case, Jasper O'Malley is handed another assignment that sends him and his partner, Amelia Rio, to the Big Apple. This time around Jasper's been hired to find a missing person, one Ray Armstrong, a former associate of his. The trail eventually leads Jasper and Amelia into the tunnels beneath the city, where the case takes an unexpected turn when they stumble upon a desiccated corpse. As much as Jasper would like to believe there's a logical explanation for the condition of the body, all evidence points to one thing… There's a vampire prowling the city and preying on its citizens. Now, in addition to locating Armstrong, Jasper needs to track down and destroy the creature sucking the city dry in typical O'Malley style. God help New York City.
