Hilltop Mansion is a dream come true for Jeff and Linda who purchase the mansion in hopes of turning it into a profitable and peaceful inn. But their dream soon becomes a nightmare. Only hours inside the house, Linda discovers things aren't as they appear when she sees an apparition, who isn't happy she is there. She can't shake the feeling of being watched and hears voices throughout the mansion. As more terrifying supernatural events unfold, Linda begins to question her sanity, until their realtor divulges the horrifying past of their house once known as Hilltop Sanatorium. As they discover the terrifying events that happened to former patients, they experience an horrific event which has them questioning the inn's future. Will they be able to escape the evil spirits before it's too late? Or does a horrifying death await them as they are stalked by the dead?
