Jason and Debra are on a three-day backpacking trip in the Ouachita National Forest when they come across a frightened, injured girl. She tells them she is running from a group of crazies, and if they find her they will kill her and anyone who has helped her. Leaving the girl behind is not an option, but taking her with them just might cost Jason and Debra their lives. For Jason and Debra, a simple hike through the woods becomes a game of cat and mouse, and if they lose, they die.
