He just hadn’t been the same since they returned from the Suicide Forest. He saw her late at night sometimes, sitting in the dark, watching her episodes and crying. She knew they were making fun of her. Oh, she made plenty of money, the one bedroom apartment with a den case in point, may as well be a mansion in Tokyo, and as cameraman, he brought in a decent salary, but it was all a big game, a big joke. Let’s look at the gullible American stomping around, thinking she’s finding yokai. Let’s make a reality show out of it and pay her an absurd amount of money so we can laugh at her. Only, yokai were real.
