The Tidewater Possession

Tidewater Virginia, 1795, a place of affluence and gentility supported by abject slavery. Among the most powerful and wealthy is plantation owner Horace Parlen. About the Author

D.A. Clifford, Dawnalysce Angela Clifford (1963), is an author from central Maine. She shares a small farm with her husband and a menagerie of livestock and pets. A retired licensed veterinary technician, Clifford has a special interest in animals and their health. She combines her passions for history, the paranormal and farm life in her first two books: The Tidewater Possession and its sequel, The Sin of the Father.
