About the Author

American-born John Cassaday has worked professionally since 1995 as a cartoonist including critically acclaimed tenures on PLANETARY with author Warren Ellis and ASTONISHING X-MEN with Joss Whedon. A self taught illustrator, Cassaday studied filmmaking and directing before pursuing a career in comics. Fabien Nury is the critically acclaimed author of more than 15 graphic novels, published across several of the major French publishing companies, including French bestseller IL ETAIT UNE FOIS EN FRANCE. He started his career collaborating with French author Xavier Dorison, with whom he created the Western themed books W.E.S.T. An avid film fan, Fabien Nury has also written screenplays, namely the French film LES BRIGADES DU TIGRE, released in 2006. I AM LEGION is the first of his comics work to be published in the United States. He resides in Paris, France.
