Death's Little Angels

Zombie outbreaks have been known to arise at anytime and anywhere….. work, the hospital, or the park. But what happens when a zombie attack occurs at the local middle school in a small rural town? The day for fourteen-year-old Drew Jacks could not get any worse. He was recently suspended from the baseball team, has a deadbeat mom, and always gets in trouble for sleeping in class. But the water is about to get boiling hot for Drew and the other students at Stoney Central Middle School when the zombie invasion hits close to home. When the attack does occur, Drew is accompanied by his life long crush and the girl who secretly admires him in an effort to make it home safely to his grandmother and sisters. However, the nightmare becomes real when Drew realizes that his quiet town is not up against the average zombie.

About the Author

Sylver Belle Garcia started writing at the age of eight. Her writing skills captured the attention of teachers in elementary school and junior high where she has won several awards including 1st place in the Patriot Pen Essay Contest in 2013. She is currently in the 6th grade and enrolled in Advanced Language Arts. Being an only child, allows Sylver to escape into imaginary worlds that she creates to keep her company. She also enjoys rescuing and caring for animals. Sylver Belle Garcia currently resides in the backwoods of Wiggins, Mississippi
