The Tree

A lonely tree. Just the image to this suggests peace, strength, durability, or something majestic. But contained here are three related stories centered around such a lonely tree. But the more you read, the more you'll find out that this tree in particular is anything but what's mentioned above. The first story is about what we all do on a great summer day: go out cruising to enjoy the weather. The next story focuses on a creature of unknown origin living in a well house in back of a school. And the third isn't your typical haunted house story.So, please, sit back, relax, kick up your feet, and enjoy a fun-paced ride. And, while you're at it, for your added bonus an extra short story not related to the ones about awaits you at the end.

About the Author

Christopher Conley was born and raised in upstate New York State. He has worked various jobs in restaurants, horse stables, grocery stores, and the US Army. He has always loved writing whenever possible whether it be suspense, thrillers, drama, or poetry. This is his fourth book.
